This was very well captured! Congratulations!
I can tell you were striving to try to get the best camera angle for capturing this beautiful piece of architecture.
I'm not exactly the best photography critic, but this photography brings out a great feeling of "softness", if not also rather dark and mysterious. It encompasses a variety of calming feelings, most importantly serenity.
It was taken with great care and well framed. And, as such, I believe the technique was very well accomplished.
As for the originality, I don't think it's anything all that special, considering we're used to see photographs of historical and religious monuments very often, especially here.
It's certainly pleasing to the eye, though. And that's what stands out in this very well shot photograph. You employed great vision for photography, for being able to frame and find the right angle, and I think you accomplished it beautifully.
The lightning is, obviously, from a natural source, and you caught it at a wonderful time of the day. Really suited the monument's colours and overall feel.
Amazingly well done! :3
( It's okay if you think it's unfair~ Just wanted to voice my opinion. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/> )
